HOW IT WORKS

In order to create a bag that fit just right, we need to get a snapshot of your bike, literally. Our software will guide you through the process of uploading a picture of your bike, designing the shape of your bag and choosing your pattern. Don’t worry, we’ll provide lots of helpful tips along the way!

Here’s what you’ll do…

  • The first step is to take a good photo of your bike that you can use to create you bag design. We've got a couple tips for you to get the best photo for the job:

    1. Take the picture from about 10 feet away.

    2. Try to keep the bike vertical and get down low so you are level with the center of the frame

    3. Remove any other bags or accessories that could block you from having a clean view of the inner edge of your frame.

    4. Make sure you have good enough lighting to get a clean view of the edges of the frame. Shadows can make this tricky.

  • Once you have a good photo of your bike, you'll want to upload it to our design tool to start creating your custom bag. The software will walk you through the process of laying out the shape of the bag that you want, selecting your features and customizing the graphics.

  • When you've completed your design, you'll be presented with an Bag Design Number and the option to download this number (recommended).

    You'll also have the option to be directed to the appropriate product page. When you add this proper bag to your cart, it will request the Bag Number so we know which design to build.
